Nick and his staff came on Good Friday. They were on time (actually a few minutes early) and they fixed our elevator lights and left our home clean. I have found my new elevator company. I recommend their services!

Our home elevator's motor abruptly died, and our usual provider was slow to answer initially and then slow to respond to subsequent calls. So, after a quick web search, we called Ascension. We could not have been happier with their service. They were prompt, courteous, quick to provide an honest assessment and estimate, and came when they said they would. They were also accurate and honest in terms of the timeframe for repair. Next time, I will know who to call first! I recommend Ascension to anyone without reservation.

Very attentive service. And strong attention to detail.Been very helpful, especially since building my house took several years, and had many delays. They worked around our difficult construction schedule. And they were very supportive even years after the initial installation. They are also easy to get a hold of.

Nick at Ascension was absolutely amazing to work with. He is super friendly, professional and knowledgeable on his units.
