Installation
Experience elevator installation that’s second-to-none! Working with our highly trained and experienced technicians means you can count on us to handle all types of installation for your home or business. We remain specialists at residential applications, specifically custom homes, and are equipped to install even the most unique applications for your home elevator. While installation is customized to your unique needs, a few installation options include:

Maintenance
After all is said and done with the installation of your elevator, maintenance is crucial to both your safety and its longevity. Residential elevators should be maintained twice per year (or quarterly if under heavy use) to continually ensure it’s safe and won’t cause you problems down the road! The Ascension team at is skilled at maintaining all makes and models of home elevators, even unique lifts or those not installed by us. Our maintenance package includes:
● Greasing rails and removal of old worn out grease
● Re-torqueing all bolts
● Cleaning inside shaft-way and on top of car
● Checking for any leaks and adjusting valves (if hydraulic)
● Check chain or rope wear
● Inspect counterweight rollers (if traction)
● Inspect guides
● Ensuring safeties are functioning properly
● Check for any worn out components
● Ensure all safety features are working properly
● Provide detailed list of any found deficiencies

Our home elevator's motor abruptly died, and our usual provider was slow to answer initially and then slow to respond to subsequent calls. So, after a quick web search, we called Ascension. We could not have been happier with their service. They were prompt, courteous, quick to provide an honest assessment and estimate, and came when they said they would.
